A.B.S affordable luxury caters to the contemporary woman's never ending craving for fashion - to wear the latest trend and look fabulous, whether work or play, with the fabric quality and attention to detail found in designer collections. The A.B.S. sportswear and dress collections are worn by top LA and NY fashionistas and red carpet starlets; Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton, Hayden Panetierre, Natalie Portman, Jennifer Hudson, and other top names. And with A.B.S's on-trend sensibility, the brand receives consistent editorial coverage in major magazines such as Vogue, Teen Vogue, InStyle, Lucky, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, and Elle.

The first A.B.S. retail store was launched in Santa Monica, CA in 1988. In 1992, the first East Coast store debuted in Wheatley, NY, and in 1993, the Pasadena, CA boutique was opened. Then in 1994 the Costa Mesa, CA location was opened in South Coast Plaza. A seasonal location presides West Hampton, NY A.B.S. is distributed domestically through leading department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bloomingdale's.

In 2003 Schwartz partnered with Armand Marciano, formerly of Guess Inc. This strategic partnership allows Schwartz to focus and closely control design and production while Marciano drives licenesee and distribution initiatives. Today, Allen Schwartz and business partner Armand Marciano are at the forefront of bringing A.B.S. by Allen Schwartz to the next level through the use of expansive licensing, distribution, advertising and marketing programs. The long-term vision includes opening stores world-wide, establishing ABS by Allen Schwartz as a lifestyle brand.
