Purpose and Scope:

The individual will support and maintain the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Stores-North America brand image through product presentation and merchandising standards. Also responsible for fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal partners that help build and execute profitable merchandising strategies.  Teamwork, relationship management, effective communication, and attention to detail are critical aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Women’s Product Presentation Director including, but not limited to:
      • Merchandising and Creative process meetings
      • New store openings
      • Product and Creative initiatives/tests
      • Manage calendar
    • Manage all content and weekly/quarterly/seasonal updates for directives, previews, product initiatives and tests
    • Manage and execute product direction from Assortment Strategy Meeting preparation to Early Store:
    • Broaden understanding of Women’s product presentation standards by participating in Showroom walkthroughs, retail environment tours, new store openings, renovations, and Early Store process



    • College degree or equivalent experience                                                     

    Skills & Systems:

    • Prior Experience in visual merchandising
    • Exceptional time management, organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to travel
    • Computers Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (CS3 or later), InDesign
