The Global Marketing Associate will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and will work closely together on all aspects of the 360-degree global marketing strategy for the brand, inclusive of all channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce, social media, advertising, events and more). The Associate will serve as a key member of a small team and will oversee development and execution of the strategies defined each year. 

  • Work with store teams to align on brand messaging and brand DNA activities
  • Ensure global marketing plans are supported in all retail locations through mall partnerships, local events, influencer partnerships, etc.
  • Translate and localize monthly global marketing initiatives, messages and campaigns  into programs for the stores
  • Work to grow local marketing initiatives across key markets, globally, through various tactics such as media planning
  • Development and management of new ideas for in store events and special product launches in store
  • Work cohesively with the global Marketing and Art teams to build integrated in store product launch programs, including creative asset generation for in store initiatives
  • Work to develop innovative in store experiences with key 3rd party operators in Club Monaco locations
  • Support new store openings through various deliverables and tactics  
  • Create and maintain marketing and promotional calendars for the business, partnering with cross-functional partners
  • Evaluate campaigns with analysis in a timely manner. Analyze data to support marketing programs and initiatives and make recommendations based on results.
  • Responsible for lease required advertising programs
  • Work closely with Art department to develop creative and manage the process from inception to execution. Ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Work in tandem with Operations & Visual team to ensure effective communication from Brand Marketing initiatives to the field and store management.
  • Build strategic marketing campaigns for stores
  • Facilitate production for regional in store events including project management and vendor procurementOversee and manage implementation of in store events, including top customer, best customer and local marketing events, ensuring they are brand appropriate and executed with precision

Skills and Requirements 
  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience 
  • Ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail 
  • Creative ability to develop new ideas and event concepts
  • Strong problem solving, organization and follow-through skills 
  • Strategic project management skills and strong communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel to domestic store locations as needed 
  • Experience working in regional markets
