To excel as a recruiter you need to be a high achiever in your chosen field, you must be a strong communicator with an approachable and professional manner. Enthusiasm and an understanding of how a sales environment functions is essential - but your hard work and a meritocratic ethic mean that your efforts will be rewarded.

You will have the full autonomy to manage your own business desk, in whichever sector or market you recruit for. Business development, client liaison and candidate networking are all integral parts of the role.

Basic salary will vary depending on the level you are currently working at in your existing role, plus a motivating bonus scheme that includes regular as well as annual pay-outs, in addition to a car allowance and trip to New York for the superstars.
