Position Summary:  

A fantastic role for a candidate experienced in Email Marketing within the fashion and retail world.  

This role is focused on creating engaging, innovative, and relevant content, designing campaigns and managing the send schedules for Ralph Lauren Email Marketing campaigns across multiple EMEA markets and languages. You will need to analyze campaign performances, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions to maximize the performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Manage the planning and scheduling of the email calendar, to ensure the inclusion of all relevant promotions and information 
  • Manage the email process from briefing through to send, including creative sign off, liaising with divisional trading teams, tracking and testing and ensuring all emails deploy on time
  • Work closely with the Insights team to identify opportunities within the customer database in order to target the right message to the right customer
  • Manage vendor relationships, including ESP and creative agencies
  • Analyze campaign results on a regular basis, making recommendations & implementing changes based on findings
  • Align with internal departments (eCommerce, Trading, buying, Legal, etc.) to ensure the customer journey is simple for the customer to make a purchase. Ensure email brand experience is consistent with overall brand objectives for the campaign.
  • Support the development and implementation of eCRM strategies (lifecycle program, triggered campaigns, etc.)
  • Lead on list growth initiatives such as data capture, retention program etc.
  • Devise and implement robust A/B testing plan
  • Track industry trends and best practice to drive innovation

​Requirements:
  • Email marketing experience working within the fashion and retail space is preferred
  • Able to quickly build strong internal & external relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with ensuring high standards of work, attention to detail is key for this position
  • Commercial understanding – ability to identify and demonstrate opportunities for customer experience / journey improvements and commercial impacts.
