Scope of Role/ Responsibilities:

  • Analyze site metrics, customer feedback and other related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth across product categories
  • Ensure customer experiences is seamless throughout the funnel by consistently performing a series of checks of product pages, category pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements and more throughout the seasons
  • Benchmark competitively in order to offer up recommendations on best in class merchandising practices 
  • Work cross-functionally, especially with Buying and Digital Brand Teams, to relentlessly maintain solid understanding of brand priorities and ever-changing product assortment to deliver appropriate representation on-site 


  • BA with strong academic record
  • 1-2 years of e-commerce experience preferred 
  • Passion for the Ralph Lauren customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude 
  • Willingness to be flexible and pivot across multiple tasks as necessary
