Job Purpose

Our growing company is seeking to hire a B2B Account Executive. The B2B Account Executive role is a “Hunter” type of sales executive who has an extensive background in B2B sales. This person will be able to execute on comprehensive and strategic sales initiatives, including meeting planned goals and lead generation with unparalleled enthusiasm for selling.

The candidate must be highly capable of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities and have keen business instincts. We are looking for a superstar who will bring their “A Game” and thrive in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment where the income possibilities are significant. A positive attitude, ambition and a passion for building a valuable business are the keys to succeeding in this role.

Lip Ink is a growing E-commerce cosmetic company, founded in 1995. We are the sole manufacturer, and distributor of the #1 Smear-proof, Vegan, Natural, Kosher, and Organic Color Cosmetic’s worldwide.

B2B Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage, and drive your full sales cycle from first contact through contract negotiation/close while ensuring happy customers.
  • Deep knowledge of, and demonstration of, all Lip Ink® products and the ability to differentiate them in the sales process
  • Achieve sales quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing business in the defined territory.
  • Maintain updated sales records and prospect status. Must thrive in a transparent organization.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Selling our B2B sales opportunity ($1550 buy in)
  • Work closely with internal teams in forecasting and allocating resources for new prospects requests and requirements.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Personally making 30-40 cold calls per day
  • Setting and attending minimum 10-15 appointments weekly (may be in person, or online/video meetings)

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $30k base poised to make $110k-200k in first year in commission
  • Uncapped commissions with accelerators for exceeding quota.

Job Type: Full-time, Commission, signing bonus for new retailers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in B2B Sales/marketing
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
