The Wholesale Marketing Team at Ralph Lauren is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of our omni-channel marketing activations for the Men’s Polo businesses. The Associate will work closely with sales, planning, advertising, PR, and merchandising as well as external partners and wholesale accounts. Collaborating with marketing leads, this position will execute key seasonal marketing plans across channels. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying potential problems and offering solutions.
This position reports into the Marketing Manager, Polo Men’s and supports the Vice President of Marketing. Brands • Men’s Polo, Men’s Polo Footwear, Licensees
Job Responsibilities
Support Manager and Director through the seamless execution of all marketing campaigns, including: In-store Collateral, Seasonal Assets & Asset Creation
Digital Marketing
Act as a key contact with internal and external teams in the development, execution, and communication of marketing materials to support all wholesale marketing needs:
Clearly write and manage creative briefs
Manage timelines, projects & recaps
Collaborate with Wholesale accounts, Sales, RL Advertising, Global Marketing and Retail Development to successfully complete initiatives
Manage the development and execution of seasonal advertising campaign imagery, including:
Serve as the Wholesale liaison during seasonal advertising style out process
Manage product ownership to provide feedback on seasonal shot lists and organize samples for style out
Assist in the planning, briefing, and negotiating of online marketing placements and digital campaigns o Monitor all online marketing placements to ensure they go live onsite as agreed upon with account partners
Capture all live online marketing activity; properly archive and recap
Manage the process of sending samples for catalogs, online marketing photo-shoots, account photography, etc.
Communicate brand guidelines to external partners
Manage internal review of placements and successfully complete within deadlines

Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited college or university
1-2 years marketing/industry experience
Ability and drive to identify and develop relationships with key internal and external partners
A creative thinker who is also highly organized, detail oriented and focused
Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
