The ideal Inventory Control Specialist is independent, flexible, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day that drive sales. This is a data driven and highly analytical role with the focus on maintaining item and financial accuracy in the store network.


* Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed, accounted for and processed

* Utilize inventory management systems in accordance with our inventory control processes

* Assist with coordination and reconciliation of cycle counts/stock counts

* Research, address, and resolve inventory discrepancies

* Manage routine and exception reporting

* Assist in maintaining clean and organized areas

* Demonstrate initiative in accomplishing tasks and meeting quality standards

* Promote, educate, and reinforce standard operating processes with fellow logistics team members

* Partner with Logistics and LP leadership to provide feedback on inventory best practice adherence and maintain a shrinkage & unit variance strategy.


* Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

* Inventory management systems experience (preferred)

* Demonstrate ability to use a variety of technology (e.g. PC, iDevices) and new computer applications

* High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

* Strong organizational, math and written communication skills

* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

* High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

* Retail BOH experience
