The Position Overview

As a Stylist (Appointment Specialist), you will have the opportunity to transform the way the modern woman gets dressed today. By introducing her to our rotating dream closet in a one-on-one appointment setting and styling her from head-to-toe, she will leave feeling confident about her style and fit. The personalized appointment experience will allow you to build an ongoing relationship with your client and ensure that customers return to the store or visit our site again and again. As an appointment specialist, you will report directly into the Appointment Manager who oversees our incredibly talented group of appointment specialists. Do you think you have what it takes to dream big in our dream closet?

Responsibilities:

  • Provide incredible customer service throughout the entire experience from pre appointment to post appointment and everything in between. Positively demonstrate the "go the extra mile" mindset in every interaction to exceed customer expectations
  • Work one-on-one styling clients for 45 minutes from head to toe
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge on style and fit of RTR inventory and provide personalized recommendations that fit each customer’s unique needs
  • Create deep relationships with all of your clients, establishing the foundation for an ongoing relationship with every client to drive loyalty and repeat rentals
  • Manage client books and responsible for daily outreach to high potential customers
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude, love of fashion and hospitality
  • Responsible for meeting individual goals including appointment conversion, sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Able to navigate through RTR website seamlessly

Requirements

    • A minimum of 1-2 years in retail, hospitality or relative fashion experience in a high volume environment or 1-on-1 styling
    • Business acumen- written and verbal
    • Must be customer-focused
    • Strong Computer and Presentation skills - with a focus on Mac products
    • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
    • Priority Setting and time management
    • Proven track record in attendance and performance
    • Must be able to climb stairs in a multi level store
    • Supplemental info: provide any other additional information (e.g. access to vehicle, ability to travel, etc.)
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule within a minimum of 40+ hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays
