Rilwood Associates are a nationwide executive recruitment consultancy. However that fails to describe how professional, dedicated or determined we are in the pursuit of client satisfaction. We are absolutely dedicated to solving our client’s recruitment needs.

Our recipe for success is simple – we are very good at finding the people that our clients want. Not only are we thorough with skills and experience matching but we are adamant that our candidates match on a personal level with our clients. We ensure that the right person is presented for consideration. As a consequence a client of ours typically sees no more than three candidates from us before making a successful appointment.

Historically we were set up in 2003 by two experienced and very successful recruitment managers who envisaged a people based company who would provide a professional and reliable service to its clients. Through the realisation of this vision the company was able to expand significantly and by the end of 2004 the company had moved into new offices giving it the potential to expand to 50 people.

2005 and 2006 saw significant growth with the advent of new divisions including a specialist FMCG recruitment division and the training division. Staff numbers also grew in this time sufficiently to prompt another move, at the end of 2006, to the current offices which provide for upwards of 100 people. The move also saw the creation of further new divisions focusing on the IT industry, the marketing discipline and the retail industry.

Since the move the company has gone from strength to strength with virtually every division growing and already the next phase of our expansion is being planned…
