Job Details

Southern California based footwear wholesale company is looking for a talented and energetic Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to join our amazing sales team.

Reporting directly to V.P. Sales, This position is responsible for growing the Footwear business within existing accounts and soliciting new accounts.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to leverage Company’s digital assets and commercial capabilities
  • Researching changing landscape of business models
  • Creating new revenue opportunities for each sales region
  • Developing support for strategic investments


The ideal candidate should be upbeat, proactive, flexible and work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and capable of managing multiple sales staff throughout the United States.


  • This position supervises up to 12 footwear sales staff.



  • Interact with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors


  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • 10 years wholesale sales management experience preferably in Footwear Industry.
  • 5+ years of experience working in eCommerce, either for a retailer or brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree; in Business or Marketing required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong business analytical skills. Refined large audience presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of online trends, tactics and current events as they relate to eCommerce.
