• Set annual and seasonal strategic direction including financials

• Evaluate competitive landscape, analyze customer research findings and consistently evaluate
  current store assortments in the RL Family & make recommendations accordingly
• Product assortment, strategic selection and creation, identify areas of opportunity based on previous
  season analysis
• Partner with planning, visual, brand presentation, design, marketing, and merchandising to ensure
  goals are aligned during the buy process as well as in season
• Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, Shifting/Chasing/Reacting
• Set strategy for MD/Promotional cadence in partnership with Planning and business needs
• Visual presentation adjustments
• Continually evaluate & implement new business opportunities
• Understand how business decisions impact cross functional business partners
• Develop and Mentor direct reports. Ensure that direct reports are developing and mentoring all team
  members & actively manage goals and development plans

• Long Range Planning (3-5 year) financials and strategies
• Consistently present global business perspective beyond current scope of accountability
• Ability to influence and partner with Executive Leadership Team
• Continuously lead business initiatives
• Maximize profitability through new product strategies that encompass corporate business initiative.
