Position Summary:  In the current exciting and dynamic context with constant new fashions, services, technologies and techniques being introduced, we are seeking a passionate, bright and motivated individual to join the luxury marketing department. 
The position will report to the Marketing Director for the Luxury Europe and he or she will support all marketing activities for the luxury stores and corners across the UK and Continental Europe. 

Key Responsibilities
You will be part of the Luxury Brands Retail Marketing Team and will implement a regional marketing plan which is both brand appropriate and market right in order to acquire and secure the loyalty of our clients in our stores.
This is a broad based role encompassing in-store marketing, events, elevated partnerships, sponsorships, direct marketing, customer acquisition and retention .
The role requires someone with strong communication skills to be able to meet external partners as well as efficiently present and work on projects involving several internal teams – marketing peers, creative, PR, social media,  clientelling, CRM, buying and stores.
Over and above all the skills and experience required to be successful as a marketer within Ralph Lauren, we seek an individual with a genuine passion and “feel” for luxury, strong interest in social media and online fashion and the ability to inspire change and drive excitement.  


Coordinate retail marketing activities, implementing the execution of plans to support planned sales targets by store and attract new customers.
Customer Retention: Develop programme of events and touch points to retain and develop regional VICs in coordination with the Client Service team.
Customer Acquisition
Work with multifunctional teams to highlight brand and business opportunities.   
Identify appropriate partners and opportunities including philanthropy, banking, art industries, private members clubs, travel and tourism, to target high net worth individuals and convert them to the brand.
Execute a schedule of targeted consumer events designed to recruit new consumers and re-engage with existing VIC’s.  You will be responsible for organising all of the logistics surrounding the events/initiatives.
Pre event duties include briefing with the US Head office, printing invitations, liaising with suppliers and other key event contacts, ordering gifts, booking catering, casting models, producing and maintaining up-to-date guest lists and sending Precaps. 
Post event duties include follow up plans and recaps to all business units. Work with CRM team re. event tracking and ROI over 3 and 6 week period following each event
Provide ongoing analysis, key insights and recommendations to drive innovation and excitement:
Proactively stay up to speed on  on/offline competitive activity trends
Ensure good understanding of customer data, sales and buying performances  and use it to enrich seasonal communication plans 
Research and recommend new platforms and tools to meet business needs, improve efficiencies, reach new audiences and measure success
Budget management and planning:  Demonstrate the commercial capability to plan and track the associated budgets per store. 
Manage and develop 1 intern


Strong interest in social media and the commercial impact it has and be up to speed on all new and developing social media and digital innovations.
Brings a real “feel” for luxury, has a passion for the category and stays on top of market developments and competitor activity. 
Well organised with a structured approach. Can demonstrate good interpersonal and influencing skills. 
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to deal with fast paced environments and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Quick learner with a good sense of initiative. Confident to learn on the job and develop new ideas
Strong analytical skills
Computer literate with excellent excel and power point knowledge
Local/EU experience and is happy to ‘network’
