Responsibilities include:
- Research the Market & be the lead designer for all the product & size categories for all seasons
- Design and develop CADs
- Checking Strike offs, lab dips and prototypes
- Must be able to work with retailers to make major presentations for new seasons
- Shopping the stores on a weekly basis
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of fabrics & new trending fabrics
- EXCELLENT knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop
- Ability to create prints and graphics
- Strong understanding of garment construction
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
