We're looking to expand the Dolce Vita marketing team, develop and lead exciting partnership strategies and create new initiatives to support the brand’s strategic growth efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving consumer demand through partnerships and craft engaging consumer experiences intended to drive wide-scale awareness for the Dolce Vita brand. Core functions include creating and leading large-scale brand event programs, driving marketing strategy, and overseeing the creation and execution of all events and activations.


  • Lead overall strategy and roadmap of marketing initiatives to support the objectives and strategies for the Dolce Vita brand.
  • Develop marketing stories and content to position and story tell each unique product launch in a way to build brand equity, authenticity and news for the brand.
  • Manage product, influencer and marketing collaborations with premium, fashion and lifestyle-based partners to drive consumer conversation, demand and cache.
  • Manage contracts and budgets supporting social and influencer marketing.
  • Regularly assess program performance of major initiatives to increase spending efficiencies, program efficiency and maximize overall impressions.
  • Own in-season content calendar strategy and planning for the brand across all social media platforms-Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and emerging channels
  • Manages team of 1-2 direct reports
  • Travel required for marketing events



  • 3-4 years of related professional experience
  • B.A./B.S. College Degree
  • Experience in Marketing and Lifestyle Based Footwear/Apparel/Accessories categories
  • Must have working knowledge of existing and emerging trends in fashion, music, media/entertainment, arts and pop culture.
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in executing events at a high level in addition to thought-leadership in ideation and planning and strategy of events and activations
  • Excellent people and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Possesses consistently calm, clear-headed leadership in high-pressure situations and an ability to effectively manage multiple projects on time and within budget
  • Strong negotiator
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with individuals at all levels
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing and best practices
  • Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
